Such exciting news! We are receiving a few micro-lots of the infamous Pink Bourbon & Red Bourbon single origin coffees from Colombia. Additionally, we are bringing in our first ever bean from Papua New Guinea, and it's a pretty rare natural processed coffee that exhibits one-off melon flavors.
These are super unique coffees that are processed naturally.

You can expect the following flavors & aromas:

Pink Bourbon:

Star Fruit, Cacao Nibs, Caramel, Stone Fruit, Tangerine, Tropical Fruit. Medium-bodied with bright acidity.

Red Bourbon:

Strawberry, Raspberry, Dragonfruit, Papaya, Pineapple, Banana, Tangy. Medium-bodied with bright acidity.

PNG Natural:

Berry, Cantaloupe, Dried Cranberry. Light-bodied with bright acidity
